Building a Brilliant Brand of Ballerz

Why can't US Soccer compete at a high level? I had an epiphany today when I saw this ESPN Video, and found a 1982 penny after playing with some kids at the Riverwest soccer fields on Humboldt & Locust. I figured out a way I can serve the community while perusing my passion!
MKE Soccer Basics .^*

~ "Soccer came from Britain & England and it was a POOR MAN'S SPORT....Culture is driven from the lower classes. Culture is driven from Pain. We are driving soccer from the suburbs and its wrong, we're not gonna catch up with the rest of the world as long as this is a sport for the upper class." -Jason Whitlock

~ "We never criticize the players. That pain. That criticism. That pressure on American players, would perhaps drive us to new levels, to new heights. Michael Bradley is a completely average, pedestrian midfielder. I've never heard a criticism!" -Colin Cowherd

~ "Clint Dempsey is from a tough background, he happens to be our best player (and toughest). If you look around the the world at the hard luck stories where the best players come from, that's where our best players are gonna have to come from." -Whitlock

IDEAS:
1) Create a Milwaukee Soccer Cultural Infrastructure in Inner Cities to strengthen the youth and the US Soccer System. Include mentoring programs that empower the youth to be self-sufficient.

2) Create The Milwaukee Soccer Trotters & Re-invigorate soccer and the youth
